1. General Return Policy

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Period

You can return an inverter or tubular battery within 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Items with visible signs of use.
  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards.

5. Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Shipping:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

8. Exchanges
