Returns Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must be in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products that have been installed or used.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at connect@sonicgroup.co.in or +91-9021244333 to initiate a return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the product to Office 104 & 105, Dhruta Complex, Kelkar Road, Narayan Peth, Pune - 411030.

Refunds Inspection:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
